In order to qualify for federal funding assistance, all economic development projects must conform to the CEDS. The CEDS for the District’s ten county region was originally prepared for WCAPDD and is updated and maintained by District staff. The updated report is submitted annually to the Economic Development Administration for review and approval. This report is the New CEDS for 2019-2023
